Scene at a Birdbath #1 & #2 (Abstract Collagraph)

Okay I have been a bit busy.  This summer I finished two collagraph versions of  Todd's black and white drawing done in 2011.  As in "Bird, Badger and Chameleon" I tried using textures that equated to the different values in his drawing.   To get a better idea of what's going on please click on each image. Here's something a little bit different for me.  I thought I would create a color collagraph version of Todd's black and white drawing done in 1992.  I tried using textures that equated to the different values in his drawing.  Anyway.  There are two more drawings to work from.  One I have created with two color variations and the other will be in the works when I find the time.  I especially love all the eyes in the drawings. It's definitely quite a mix of work.  I hope this motivates
some of you to venture out to Winghaven on July 14th.

Stilt on Circles #3 (Print, Fine Art, Collagraph) fourth stage

I printed another round of yellow ink to subdue the background somewhat.  In the process it killed some of the vibrancy of the color too.  I may have to come back in with more color . . . not sure.
